Events take place on Saturdays are $80/hour with a 2 hours minimum and a 1/2 day rate of $400.

Free off-street parking for 20 cars.

Formerly a church hall with long bench padded seats with backs, placed in rows, the aisle separating seating in the middle. Seats 160 to 200. An auditorium is decorated with eight colorful antique Tiffany stained glass windows.
Off-street Parking is located at Tracy Street across the street from our building at 1550 Broadway Rensselaer.
