Classes will begin with stretching and flexibility exercises followed by basic skills training and finished with strength and conditioning exercises.
Instructor - Yuri Tsykun
National Gold Medalist coach for hundreds State, National and International Championships. He also train woman in Fitness and they won Titles Miss Fitness NY, Miss Fitness National, Miss Fitness Olympia in Greece and Miss Fitness Universe in Las Vegas.
